    Recology’s records indicate that you had an account with Recology in San Francisco between July 1, 2017, and March 31, 2021, and may qualify to receive payment.

  3. Who is eligible to receive a payment?

    Customers who had an account with Recology in San Francisco at any time between July 1, 2017, and March 31, 2021, may be entitled to a payment.

  4. I did not receive a postcard notice or an email notice, but I believe I am eligible for a Recology payment.

  7. How was my payment amount calculated?

    If you received bills directly from Recology for refuse collection services at any point between July 2017 and March 2021, your payment is calculated by adding:

    1. The amount Recology charged you during this period for your regularly-scheduled refuse collection services for each month, multiplied by the applicable payment percentage; and
    2. Interest.
